Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they set out the terms of a legally binding agreement between you and WMH Publishing Agency (hereinafter referred to as WMH or the Company).


We welcome models, participants, and aspirants to register on our digital platforms, i.e., https://www.worldmodelhunt.com/, to submit their profiles for various publications through our website. It is necessary that the models and participants review these terms and conditions and, by clicking on the "I Agree" button and/or otherwise using https://www.worldmodelhunt.com/, the models and participants agree to the terms, conditions, notices, and guidelines contained herein. Where applicable, the models/participants represent that they have obtained permission from their parent or guardian and give their permission for such agency to act on their behalf as a promoter, or representative. and any other "terms," "terms of use," or "terms & conditions" that apply to you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. You shall not click the "Accept" tab.

The company provides a perspective that is unique, especially to the modeling and entertainment industries. This perception both ascertains and increases the audience community globally. The company also produces talk shows, webitorials, and publishes magazines and calendars. The company also builds a platform for aspiring models or any individuals who have a keen interest in the fashion industry by providing internship programs and also by providing a career growth plan, thereby encouraging advertisements and portfolio developments in the fashion industry.

This is a legally binding agreement between Models/Participants and the WMH, as detailed below. 


  • "Agency'' means the WMH Publishing Agency, the company or the organization representing the model/participants who have registered for such publication.
  • "Agreement means the contract agreed and executed between WMH and the model or participant.
  • Aspirant means any individual/s and/or potential candidate selected and employed with the agency, who is part of assignments conducted by the agency in connection with displaying fashion clothes for the agency and representing them in such appropriate forums.
  • Advertisers and Sponsors means the company or organisation that advertises a model, service, or even communication of an idea of service. Sponsors are businesses or organisations promoting such services (financially), that is that they pay or contribute to the costs involved in the event and publishing.
  • Contests
  • Fees mean any form of  payment made to the company in exchange for any products or services rendered by the said company.  
  • "Terms and Conditions" means these terms and conditions as applicable and includes any amendments made therein from time to time.
  • Third Party Service refers to any unaffiliated person, company, or entity that performs services for a company and is compensated for their efforts but does not own a stake, share, or equity in the company.
  • Merchandise would include all commodities purchased/bought or sold. 
  • A magazine means a photoshoot published in a magazine.
  • Philanthropy means generosity in all its forms to help make life better for other people. 
  • Publication is in reference to any issuance of a calendar, journal, magazine for public sale.


General Provisions

These "Terms of Use" (together with the documents referred to in them) tell "You" the terms of use on which you may make use of our website, World Model Hunt USA (World Model Hunt-Media, Models, Magazine, & Talk Show), whether as a guest or registered user. Accessing, browsing, searching, using our forums, using any service that we may provide, or registering to use the Website constitutes use of our website.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. This also applies to all the services that are made available on this website.

In addition to the above clause, this would include any endorsement of any specific products, processes, service providers, diets, or other information that may be mentioned on our website (including those promoted by any advertisers or advertising sponsors).

  1. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, or ambiguity as to the rights and obligations of the parties under the terms and conditions stated herein and any ancillary document, these terms and conditions shall control and supersede any such inconsistency, conflict, or ambiguity.
  2. The model/participant/aspirant hereby agrees that the company shall have the exclusive right to use the model’s name along with the approved portraits and pictures of the model and may use it for any other commercial purposes as the agency deems fit. 
  3. The aspirant shall provide full disclosure on any matters, which will include any other future professional projects undertaken, if any. 
  4. The aspirant appoints the company as the sole and exclusive agent and shall not contract, negotiate, or register with any other third-party agency without prior written consent from the company.
  5. The model/aspirant submits their portraits on their own free will to WMH for the purpose of press activities, printing, distribution, promotion, and allied activities.
  6. Photos of the model, the magazine cover, any events related to the magazine, or its launch, or articles related to the magazine can be used by WMH for advertisement campaigns in online news portals, social media, or on the website of WMH.
  7. The model shall keep the WMH informed of any significant changes in any aspect of their appearance, including but not limited to, any change in hair style or color, weight loss or gain, or the addition of any tattoo or any other visible feature such as a piercing.
  8. Any such person associated with or wanting to be part of the company shall not, without the consent in writing of a duly authorized representative of the agent, expose, reveal or make public any information in connection with the business of the agency or the terms of assignment or agreement terms and these terms and conditions, all of which information is to be regarded by the model as' strictly confidential nature’.
  9. You hereby consent to the use of any relevant photographs, images, or other information relating to the promotion of said model/aspirant's career and to secure any future assignments, as necessary.
  10. You hereby agree and consent that the company may not be sued in connection with having possession or using the said photographs, pictures, or portraits or any other information of any kind for commercial purposes as it is deemed. 
  11. When accepting the said terms and conditions, the aspirant agrees to comply with the same, otherwise the aspirant will be held liable for any liabilities that may be incurred by the company.
  12. The company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or other loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of the company's activities, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract, or otherwise.
  13. Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, pandemics, lockouts, accidents, etc., and the party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations, or the Agency may terminate the Assignment/Agreement with the Model.
  14. The company reserves the right to obtain all the necessary copyright permits to reproduce images in association with WMH. In furtherance of this, the company, aka WMH, cannot be held responsible whatsoever for any copyright infringements whatsoever, however caused or associated. All images and details reproduced are taken in good faith from the models by WMH.
  15. The company also publishes a magazine, which is released on a monthly basis. The same can be purchased and subscribed to either in print or digital mode, which is released every 21st of the month. Each magazine is recognized through an ISSN number. The magazine helps promote pictures of at least 7–18 models in a particular month’s magazine. The company encourages only such photographs which are not derogatory in any manner whatsoever. The magazine includes published interviews, designer interviews, and diversified articles on various topics. fashion news, which showed fashion updates from top apparel industries, trending brands, etc. The magazine also contains a letter by the editor to the readers which clarifies the intent on a subject of particular interest in the magazine. All contents and information in the magazine are the editorial decisions taken by the editorial body.


  1. No party excludes or limits its liability under these terms and conditions:
  • Death or personal injury caused by its negligence.
  • Fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other type of liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law.

      2. WMH shall not be liable for any of the following:

  • loss of business, use, profit, anticipated profit, contracts, revenues, goodwill, or anticipated savings; product recall costs.
  • To the client’s reputation; or consequential
  • special, or indirect loss or damage, even if WMH has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.

Communication, Contact, and Internships

  1. Aspirant agrees to provide full disclosure of contact and personal details and any other promotional activities or otherwise as agreed between the parties, including any changes to the same. 
  2. The company follows a systematic method of enrollment of profiles by providing a protocol for determining the aspiring talents. All communications are provided on a timely basis. All results of an interview are scheduled to be announced within a 10 to 14-day period, whether such a profile is accepted or not. All such communications are done either through calls, texts, or emails as suitable and are regarded as written communications. The aspirants shall be aware and shall be deemed to have accepted that the telephonic calls are recorded for training and quality purposes. The selected aspirants will also be subjected to background checks. The background verification may vary from each profile and includes any verification that is necessary to understand the aspirant’s personality and essential quality to determine suitability. The company also provides opportunities to aspirants who have not been selected at a later stage by storing their profile and information. The company will approach the aspirants in the event of any suitable enrollment. Aspirants who intend to grow in the fashion stream are provided with a career growth plan and improvements to their profile so that they can make any necessary changes to showcase their profile. 

Employment and Internships

  1. Any individual interested in doing an internship at the company may contact the company and agree to update as well as provide full disclosure on contact/personal details and any other promotional activities or otherwise as agreed between the parties, including any changes to the same.
  2. The goal of the company internship programme is to enhance the company’s mission of developing the professional growth of those aspiring and future models, photographers, editors, content managers, writers, etc.,
  3. The purpose of the company’s internship programme is to provide aspirants an opportunity to gain skills and learn more about the field. The company finds and selects the interns by contacting them through various social media platforms and also top colleges and universities. The company screens each intern exclusively to ensure quality work. Such Interns must go through interviews and attend orientation provided by the company to new interns (s) selected. The company enables the intern to have a positive experience, learn more about the company and acquire skills for the real world. All interns are supervised based on their projects. If the intern is well suited and knowledgeable as desired by the criteria for such a profile, then the company may, as per the company’s rules and policies, hire the intern and may confirm the appointment and or provide an offer letter subject to acceptance of the company's terms and conditions. The intern may join the company as an employee, either on a contract basis or as a full-time employee. The terms and conditions agreed upon under the internship may override the terms and conditions of the internship. 

Advertising and branding

The company will also perform advertising and branding for selected profiles and aspirants by developing the network all over the globe. The company also provides wide distribution and marketing of suitable profiles on various social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., including e marketing and digital marketing. This enables them to track the target audience and the progress of such profiles.

Third-Party Clause and Print

  1. The magazine will be printed and distributed by the company. In the event of reasons beyond anyone’s control, like government-imposed lockdowns, unavailability of paper, floods, acute power crisis, festival holidays, strikes of press workers, etc., the publication may take longer than usual, and in such a delay, WMH will not be held responsible and shall not be held liable for any reason whatsoever.
  2. WMH’s ISSN number will appear in the magazine as the Publisher.
  3. The company showcases merchandise on its webpage wherein the sale of fashion magazines, calendars, textiles, etc., including shipping and handling, delivery, etc., is done by a third-party agency. The company will not be held liable and responsible for any acts or omissions of such third-party agencies. 
  4. Individuals and aspirants should also be aware of the third-party agencies' terms and conditions while dealing with any transactions and the services. The Company, as of now, is engaged with Gelato.com and Magcloud.com, and the Company has full rights to engage with any other agencies, firms, individuals, or companies and the terms and conditions of such third parties shall be applicable as required to aspirants and the company accordingly. 
  5. Aspirants must remain vigilant at all times in understanding the periodical amendments in the terms and conditions which will be updated on the website from time to time. The company is not responsible for informing aspirants of such changes. Aspirants will be intimated as soon as they become available on the webpage.

Diversity Project

The company also encourages diversity and promotes the same. The company further encourages diversity by promoting an inclusive environment for all individuals, irrespective of race, color, community, sexual orientation, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

The company will not tolerate and never encourage any kind of approach, remarks, or behavior that would disregard the diversity policy of the company, and the company will, at its own discretion, have the right to disqualify such aspirants, individuals, agencies, or any other person in the case of actions, remarks, or misrepresentation that are contrary to the diversity policy, and no communication or any act in this regard shall be entertained and the company's decision shall be final and binding to such individuals/aspirants.
