It is celebrated for the introverts who understate the retiring personality and want to keep their profile low and stay out of the limelight. These behaviors are assumed to be a deficiency but in reality, they are the opposite of extroverted people. Introverted people’s thoughts and their behavior can help to cope better in life and honor makes them unique.

Here are some things an Introvert can do:
Stay in and watch your favorite movies, Pamper yourself with a creative passion. Have a tea and book date. Sleep in. Order a nice meal for yourself, and cancel all the social obligations.

Types of Introvert.
There are 4 types of Introvert, according to Wellesley college psychologist Jonathan cheek:
The Social Introvert
They seem shy or timid in certain social settings. But rather they prefer to stay away from the crowd. It is not anxiety but resistance to socializing.
The thinking Introvert
Deep thoughts, good analysis structure, and have inner life hallmarks to think introvertly. For them, movies and books are a source of their imagination to grow.
The anxious introvert
When they have any unfamiliar situation around them like calling out a name or giving a presentation, they feel stressed and get anxious soon.
The restrained introvert
They take a lot of time to think and then speak up.

Introvert Day is not celebrated as an official holiday rather it is for Introvert people all across the world since 2011. To spread awareness, how awesome this day is. Being an introvert is strange but not shameful. Introverts show their way of seeing the world through their understanding and their reflective way. Many of them have few friends and want to be alone all the time. They always learn from watching and are self-aware. Always look quiet and do not expect people to mix in their groups.
To create awareness among people introverts are now, being a part of the world population and should have a normal life. World introvert day is celebrated to support and involve rural women as well. Many NGOs and women organizations take part in this day to celebrate. So that they should not feel outward.
